Tuition Refund Policy

Spring/Fall Semester

  • If payment was made via Zelle or check, a prorated tuition amount minus the $30 admin fee is refundable if a written refund request is submitted by the 4th week of class.
  • If payment was made via a credit card, a prorated tuition amount minus the 3% credit card processing fee minus the $30 admin fee is refundable if a written refund request is submitted by the 4th week of class.

Kids’ Summer Camp

KLCCSac reserves the right to cancel any camp sessions due to low enrollment or changes in health and safety guidelines. If a camp session is canceled, campers will be issued a full refund. 

If you decide to cancel: 

  • Prior to May 31:
    • Full session: You will receive a full refund of your payment to the original payment method, minus a $30 processing fee for each session canceled for each student.
    • Day camp: You will receive a full refund of your payment to the original payment method, minus a $30 processing fee for each student. 
  • Seven days prior to the camp start date:
    • Full session: You will receive a 50% refund for each session, minus a $30 processing fee for each session canceled per each student.
    • Day camp: You will receive a 50% refund for each day, minus a $30 processing fee for each student. 
  • No refunds will be provided on or after the start of the summer camp session.
