KLCCSac reserves the right to cancel any sessions due to low enrollment or changes in safety guidelines. If a session is canceled, students will be issued a refund for the cancelled session.
Our Korean School Spring/Fall Semester
- If payment was made via Zelle or check, a prorated tuition amount minus the $30 admin fee is refundable if a written refund request is submitted by the 4th week of class.
- If payment was made via a credit card, a prorated tuition amount minus the 3% credit card processing fee minus the $30 admin fee is refundable if a written refund request is submitted by the 4th week of class.

Online Korean Class
- Prior to 1 month before the first day of class: You will receive a full refund of your payment to the original payment method, minus a $30 processing fee for each session canceled for each student.
- One week prior to the first date of class: You will receive a 50% refund for each session, minus a $30 processing fee for each session canceled per each student.
- No refunds will be provided on or after the start of the session.
Kids’ Summer Camp
- Prior to 1 month prior to the first day of camp:
- Full session: You will receive a full refund of your payment to the original payment method, minus a $30 processing fee for each session canceled for each student.
- Day camp: You will receive a full refund of your payment to the original payment method, minus a $30 processing fee for each student.
- Seven days prior to the first day of camp:
- Full session: You will receive a 50% refund for each session, minus a $30 processing fee for each session canceled per each student.
- Day camp: You will receive a 50% refund for each day, minus a $30 processing fee for each student.
- No refunds will be provided on or after the start of the summer camp session.
Minwha Class and other workshops
- No refunds will be provided on or after the start of the session if not specified otherwise in registration.
